If our in-house team leases your home, pay only one affordable realtor commission of $300 (not one month’s rent).

We take professional photos of our homes - In our experience properties that put their best foot forward get rented much faster and competing properties don’t always do this step so it does give us a competitive edge. This service is included in all of our property management service options at no additional cost to you.

Online Advertising Exposure

We market your property through our property management software called Rentvine. It then syndicates the listing out to several websites, including all the popular rental sites like Zillow and Trulia. Lead flow is monitored and adjusted as needed, and communication is high level and constant with the owner so real time decisions can be made and vacancy loss is minimized.
